This constant development of skills improves the competency of the staff through in-house, ex-house, learning management system (LMS) and various other learning interventions that benefits the overall productivity of the organization.
For the better outreach and staffs’ convenience we have developed customized mobile app so that staff can have access to all digital learning interventions including, eLearning modules, eBooks, assessments, competitive exercises and various other engagement activities anytime and anywhere from their phone.
We have mentorship programs in place for the staff to receive mentorship from senior leaders in order to build strong leadership competency and enhance capability to deliver on the future strategy. The mentorship program accelerates career progression of rising talent (High Potentials) as well as provide guidance and support that shall lead staff to more senior roles.
Furthermore, we focus on diversity, equity and inclusion within the bank to ensure that equitable opportunities are being provided to the staff irrespective of gender including differently abled persons (DAPs). We firmly believe in gender equality therefore we are constantly working on development of gender champions in the bank who shall enable gender sensitized and safe environment for our female customers as well as for the female staff. We provide development opportunities to our female staff through our very own initiative of PARVAAZ Women Development Program; in which a rigorous training program is conducted and followed by a long term mentorship that aims to encourage more females in senior roles in the bank. This initiative will provide them the platform to start taking guided steps in the right direction.
