Reference to BC & CPD Circular Letter No. 03 of 2017; To render the pensioner’s account dormant if life/non-remarriage certificate is not received after 6 months or if the pensioner fails to draw pension for consecutive 6 months to enable account offices to stop pension payment.

Note: Sunwai is a customer complaint service portal and mobile app launched by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), providing a centralized platform for banking customers to easily register their complaints. Customers can utilize this platform to submit their complaints about banking products or services.

Sunwai is accessible through a web browser as well as through mobile application, both on Android and iOS. Registered users can lodge complaints at their convenience in either English or Urdu languages.
